1. Account Registration Policy 👤
Each user is permitted to register only one (1) account.
One identification number, phone number, bank account, device and IP address may only be linked to one registered user.
If multiple accounts are found under the same identity, imau4u reserves the right to terminate all associated accounts, reclaim any promotional bonuses, winnings, or related benefits.
2. Personal Information Accuracy 📄
Users must provide valid and accurate registration details including full name, contact number and bank account information.
Any falsified, incomplete or unverifiable information may result in forfeiture of promotional bonuses and related winnings.
3. Rollover Requirement for Withdrawal 🔄
All deposits made under Live Casino, Table Games and Sportsbook categories are subject to a minimum rollover requirement of x2 prior to any withdrawal request, regardless of whether a promotional bonus has been claimed.

Deposit RM100
Required Rollover: RM200
Withdrawal requests submitted without fulfilling the required rollover will be declined.

6. Player Rights & Benefits 🎁
Under normal circumstances, deposits and withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes.
All valid bets qualify for weekly cashback or daily bonus rewards, subject to the respective promotional terms.
Players may submit multiple withdrawal requests daily, subject to a maximum cumulative withdrawal limit of RM100,000 per day for regular users.
VIP members may withdraw up to RM250,000 per day.
Any system error, deduction issue or dispute will be reviewed within 24 hours by our support team.
